Expungement Clinic Registration

Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works! and local partners will be hosting Expungement Clinics throughout 2022. In order to participate, please pre-register below. Clinics will be open by invitation to those who pre-qualify.

After completing the pre-registration form above, please obtain a packet from staff at one of our Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works! locations. Service centers are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the exception of state holidays. We will need to obtain your approval for a background check and additional services. Applications are reviewed in the order received, based upon the area of conviction. Processing times vary. Please call us at 833-531-1945 if you have any questions regarding the Clean Slate program.
