Inspired:   This workshop will “inspire” you to see the world from a new perspective.  You will discuss a variety of topics ranging from current events happening in the world or your community, choosing your attitude, how to zero in on your goals, tips on managing stress and trauma, and more.  Since topics will vary each session and attendees are encouraged to share the own ideas, every Inspired workshop is unique.  (Please register 24 hours in advance of the start of the workshop.)
