Michigan Works! is the premier workforce development organization for Saginaw, Midland and Bay counties. We exist to:

Help YOU find qualified people
Serve as a conduit for other workforce resources to help you succeed

The Michigan Works! Business Services Team provides recruitment services at no cost, including online job advertisements, resume searches, applicant screening, and referrals to other hiring resources in the community.

We operate with the help of state and federal funds and are governed by board members, the majority of whom are local business leaders who represent major industries in our area.

We are NOT:

The State of Michigan
The Unemployment Agency
A social services organization
