For hard-to-fill, high-turnover positions, JobFit is an excellent way to profile current employees who display success in those positions. Those profiles can be used to seek other candidates who display similar interests, personality, attitude and behavior traits.
There are no right and wrong answers to the JobFit survey questions. Scores are relative and each survey taker possesses unique soft skills. A particular skill set is not better than another skill set. Rather, the results provide a more accurate picture of the true “nature” of the employee or candidate.
Benefits are reduced turnover, higher profitability, increased productivity, better hiring outcomes, decreased people problems, and greater customer satisfaction. In addition, JobFit provides employers with a method for improving promotional decisions and determining more effective coaching and training.
